Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely at home with your Snuggle & Stay pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to purchases made directly on snuggleandstay.com.

 


 

60-Day Risk-Free Trial

We stand behind the materials and craftsmanship of every Snuggle & Stay piece. If your bedding shows a manufacturing defect or fails to perform as described within 60 days of normal household use, we will issue a full refund.

Our guarantee covers the integrity of the fabric, construction, and performance features outlined on our product pages.

Limitations & Exclusions

While our fabrics are designed to be durable and resistant to everyday wear, no fabric is indestructible.

This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by sharp objects, including claws or chewing
- Tearing, punctures, or snagging from repeated scratching
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or use outside of intended purpose

These exclusions allow us to maintain the highest material standards while being transparent about real-world limitations.

Returns Process & Abuse Protection

To process a refund, we may request:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the affected area

Refunds are limited to one per household and apply to the original purchase only.


 

60-Day Change-of-Mind Return Window

If you changed your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of your order being marked as delivered by the carrier. 
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@snuggleandstay.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return/exchange, supporting pictures

We’ll reply with next steps and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Change-of-Mind Return Eligibility

Because our products are used in close contact with you and your pets, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unwashed

  • Item is free from pet hair, stains, odors, or damage

  • Item is in its original condition and reasonably packaged for transit (original packaging is appreciated but not strictly required)

If an item is returned with visible pet hair, stains, strong odors, or damage, we may be unable to accept the return. In those cases, we may either send the item back to you or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.



 

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Exchanges are available within 60 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and pet-hair-free items.

  • At this time, exchanges are limited to items of the same style (e.g., same product in a different size or color), subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email support@snuggleandstay.com with your order number and what you’d like instead. We’ll confirm availability and walk you through the process.

In most cases, we’ll:

  1. Provide instructions or a label to send the original item back, and

  2. Ship your exchange once the original item is scanned in transit or received.



 

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible upon delivery at support@snuggleandstay.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll prioritize a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.



 

Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked “final sale” on the product page

  • Gift cards

  • Sample sale or clearance items

If an item is non-returnable, we’ll always do our best to make that clear before you purchase.

 


 

Return Shipping Fees

We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders, but we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

For returns for a refund (not exchanges):

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, a flat return shipping fee (e.g., $20 per return shipment) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back using your own carrier and prepaid postage. In that case, no fee will be deducted, but you are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us.

For approved exchanges, we may waive the return shipping fee on your first exchange from that order. Details will be confirmed by our support team.

Original shipping fees (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or declined, or if a partial refund is appropriate.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you used a combination of gift card and another payment method, we will typically refund to the gift card first, then the remaining amount to your secondary payment method.

 


 

Gift Order Exchanges

If you received Snuggle & Stay as a gift and would like to exchange it:

  • We can typically offer a store credit or exchange, rather than a refund to the original purchaser.

  • Please email support@snuggleandstay.com with any details you have (the gifter’s name, approximate order date, and the product you received).

At this time, we do not offer returns on gift orders for gift receivers.

 


 

Where to Send Returns

If you do not use a prepaid label from us, our support team will provide you a return address. Please do not ship any returns without first contacting us, as this may delay processing.
