At Snuggle & Stay, we’re committed to getting your pet-friendly home essentials to you safely, quickly, and with care. Please review our shipping details below.

 


 

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary shipping to all U.S. domestic orders at this time.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Orders are typically not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Order Delivery

We partner with major carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
For U.S. domestic addresses, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on destination. 
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the carrier’s system.

*Christmas Orders

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed by December 16 are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. For orders placed after December 16, we’ll still do our best to deliver in time, though delivery may vary by location and carrier conditions.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
Snuggle & Stay is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@snuggleandstay.com — we may be able to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Email us at support@snuggleandstay.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll do our best to assist you and ensure a smooth resolution.

 


 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We look forward to expanding internationally in the near future.
